What is this page?

This page brings together short answers to the most common questions in one place.

Where needed, each answer points you to a more detailed section.

Who are we?

We are an independent service in Georgia that helps guests with travel, business and everyday life.

We organise, connect and accompany, and we take no commission from partners.

How does working together start?

With a single message: what you need, when, and how many of you there are.

We ask clarifying questions and then send you a written offer.

We start work only after you confirm.

What should my first message include?

Dates, number of people, language and your main wishes.

If there are children, older travellers or special needs, mention that too.

The more precise the details, the faster we can build the plan.

How far in advance should I get in touch?

The earlier the better, especially in high season and on holidays.

For a wedding, group tour or relocation, we recommend starting several months ahead.

A simple transfer or day tour can often be arranged at short notice.

Do you handle last-minute requests?

Often yes, if partners and transport are available.

In that case we tell you honestly what can and cannot be done.

Emergencies follow separate rules.

Will I get the offer in writing?

Yes, always: what is included, what is not, who does what and how you pay.

A verbal agreement risks misunderstanding, so we put everything in writing.

Changes are confirmed in writing too.

How does payment work?

Payment terms are set out in advance, in writing, in the offer.

In many cases you pay the partner directly, such as a lawyer, clinic or notary.

You receive an official document for every payment.

Do you take commission from partners?

No, neither commission nor referral fees.

This leaves us free to think only about your interests.

Our own fee is separate and agreed openly.

Why are there no prices on the site?

Every request is different: dates, season, group size and details all change the price.

A general price often misleads guests.

So we prepare an exact offer based on your request.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancellation terms are written in the offer in advance.

Hotels, airlines and other partners have their own rules, and we take them into account.

Let us know about any change of plan as early as possible.

Can the plan change during the trip?

Yes, as far as possible: weather, health and mood often change plans.

We arrange changes quickly and confirm the result in writing.

Changing some bookings depends on the partner's rules.

Will I have a single contact person?

Yes, one person answers you throughout the trip or the case.

They know your plan, so you never have to explain everything again.

When they are away, a colleague is briefed in advance.

When do you reply?

During working hours we reply to messages quickly.

Routine messages received at night are answered in the morning, while the emergency line is staffed around the clock.

On travel days your contact person is especially available.

Which languages do you use?

Georgian, English and Russian.

Other languages can be arranged in advance, with an interpreter's help.

The site is in six languages so you can read the information in the one that suits you.

Can you arrange an interpreter?

Yes, for meetings, offices, clinics or events.

For legal and medical matters we choose a specialist interpreter.

You pay the interpreter directly, and we take no commission from them.

Do you serve groups and companies?

Yes, from school and student groups to corporate travel.

We assign one coordinator and one communication channel to a group.

We write about business services in a separate section.

Do you serve solo travellers?

Of course, and solo travellers often get our most flexible plans.

We offer safety advice and reliable transport.

With your consent we share the plan with someone close to you.

Can I travel with children?

Yes: we take a child's pace, meals and rest into account.

We arrange a child seat in the car in advance.

We write about family travel in a separate section.

Can I travel while pregnant?

You decide about travelling together with your doctor.

We plan a calm pace, short journeys and accommodation close to a clinic.

Check the airline's rules on flying during pregnancy in advance.

Do you serve guests with disabilities?

Yes, we choose accessible accommodation, transport and routes.

We check every place in advance and tell you honestly where there are difficulties.

We have a separate page on accessible tours.

What do you offer older guests?

A calm pace, fewer stairs and comfortable transport.

We plan daily rest and information on nearby medical help.

With consent, we share every step of the plan with a family member.

Can I travel with a pet?

Often yes, but not every hotel or vehicle accepts animals.

We look for suitable accommodation and a car in advance.

We mention the entry documents on the visa rules page.

How do you choose partners?

By experience, reputation, documents and our own experience of working with them.

We test a new partner on a small job first.

Guest feedback is an important part of how we assess a partner.

Are the guides experienced?

We work with guides who know the route, the history and the language well.

On mountain routes we check a guide's mountain experience separately.

If you are not happy with a guide, tell us and we will change them where possible.

Is the transport reliable?

We check that the car and driver have the required documents and that the car is in good condition.

On mountain roads we choose an experienced driver and a suitable vehicle.

We take any comment about a driver's behaviour seriously.

Should I tip the driver or guide?

Tipping is not obligatory.

If you particularly enjoyed the service, you can leave something as a thank-you.

It is entirely your decision, and no one will ask you for it.

What happens if something goes wrong?

Write or call us straight away, and we look for a solution together.

We sort the problem out on the spot or offer an alternative.

Afterwards we find out what happened so it does not happen again.

How do I make a complaint?

Write your complaint directly to your contact person or on our general channel.

We review every complaint and reply in writing.

Honest feedback is the best way to improve our service.

How is my data stored?

We ask only for the data the job actually requires.

We share it only with the partner who needs it for a booking or an official procedure.

Once the job is done, we keep no unnecessary copies.

Why do you ask for a copy of my passport?

Some bookings, such as hotels, tickets or official procedures, require passport details.

Otherwise we do not ask for a passport copy.

Send the copy through a secure channel.

Is payment safe?

Payment details always come in writing, from an official channel.

If someone in our name unexpectedly asks you to pay into a different account, check first.

Ask for an official document for every payment.

What if scammers contact me in your name?

Our official contacts are published on the site.

If in doubt, check through those contacts before paying anything.

Tell us about suspicious messages so we can warn others.

Do I need a visa?

It depends on your citizenship.

Many countries do not need one, but check the list with an official source.

Details are on the visa rules page.

Do I need insurance?

We always recommend travel insurance, and entry conditions may require it.

The policy should cover treatment, repatriation and your activities.

We write about insurance in a separate section.

Cash or card?

Cards are accepted almost everywhere in the cities.

A small reserve in lari comes in handy in villages and at markets.

We write about money and currency in the information section.

How do I get mobile internet?

A local SIM or an eSIM is the simplest way.

We help you set it up as soon as you arrive.

Details are in the concierge section.

How do I get from the airport to the city?

A pre-booked transfer is the calmest option, especially on a night flight.

The driver follows your actual landing time.

We write about transfers in the transport section.

How do I travel between cities?

By train, bus, minibus or with a private driver.

The choice depends on comfort, time and luggage.

We compare the options in the transport section.

Is it worth renting a car?

Driving yourself is convenient on flat roads between cities.

On mountain roads and in winter, though, an experienced local driver is often safer.

We read the rental terms, insurance and border rules together before you sign.

Can you book my accommodation?

Yes, a hotel, family guesthouse or apartment to suit your wishes.

We check the location, noise, accessibility and parking in advance.

We write about accommodation in a separate section.

What will the weather be like?

It depends on region and season: the east is dry, the west humid and the mountains changeable.

Check the live forecast with an official source.

Details are on the weather page.

Is it safe to travel in Georgia?

Generally yes, and guests feel safe here.

Take the usual precautions, especially at night and in crowded places.

In the mountains and on the road, follow our advice.

What should I wear to a church?

Shoulders and knees should be covered.

Women often cover their heads, and many monasteries provide a headscarf at the entrance.

We remind you in advance when a church visit is in the plan.

Can I take photos everywhere?

Ask permission before photographing people.

Photography is not allowed inside some churches.

Do not photograph military sites or border posts.

Can I decline alcohol at a feast?

Absolutely, and it is accepted as normal.

You can join the toasts with juice or water.

We let the host know in advance if you wish.

Can you arrange special diets?

We arrange vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher or allergy-aware meals in advance.

We let the restaurant and host know about your needs beforehand.

We have a separate page on halal and kosher food.

Will there be a child seat in the car?

Yes, if you tell us the child's age and weight in advance.

The driver fits the seat before you arrive.

On a multi-day tour the seat stays for the whole route.

Do you organise weddings?

Yes, from a small ceremony to a large wedding, including the paperwork.

We help foreigners with marriage registration and translations.

Details are in the wedding section.

We plan the first weeks step by step.

We write about relocation in a separate section.

Can you organise medical treatment?

We arrange contact with the clinic, translation, transport and accommodation.

Medical advice comes from a doctor, not from us.

Details are in the health section.

Do you organise events and masterclasses?

Yes: concerts, festivals, cooking and craft masterclasses.

We buy tickets through official channels, or you buy them yourself.

Details are in the events and masterclasses sections.

Can you help with shopping?

We go with you to markets, craftspeople and shops.

We help with shipping and understanding customs rules.

We take no commission from sellers.

Can you help with everyday errands?

Yes: restaurant bookings, couriers, luggage storage, currency exchange and more.

One message is enough.

Details are in the concierge section.

What should I do in an emergency?

In a life-threatening situation, call 112 first.

Then contact us: we help with interpreting, communication and next steps.

Details are in the emergency section.

I have lost my passport - what should I do?

Go to the police, then to your embassy.

We offer to go with you and interpret at both.

Details are on the lost documents page.

I need legal help - what should I do?

We connect you with a licensed lawyer who works in your language or with an interpreter.

We do not give legal advice ourselves.

Details are on the lawyer page.

What do we never do?

We never offer bribes, forged documents or ways around the law.

We never hold your money, and we take no commission from partners.

We give no legal or medical advice.

Do you sell tickets?

We do not resell tickets or add a mark-up.

We help you buy through official channels.

We advise against buying tickets from unofficial sellers.

Do we sign a written contract?

For a large project, such as a wedding, group tour or relocation, we sign a written agreement.

It sets out the scope of services, the timelines and both sides' obligations.

For a small service, a written offer and confirmation are enough.

How can I share feedback?

We are glad to receive a short review after your trip.

We read both positive and critical comments carefully.
