A multi-day route, a wedding or a relocation plan takes us 1-2 working days, because we check hotel, guide and vehicle availability before quoting.

As standard: a comfortable vehicle with a driver, fuel, parking, a licensed guide in your language, and the entry tickets the route requires. Charged separately: lunch, wine tastings, the 4x4 transfer where one is compulsory, and hotels on multi-day tours. Everything is itemised for you in writing beforehand - no extra charges appear on the day.

Yes, and most of our tours are exactly that. Tell us how many you are, how many days you have, what interests you and what pace you prefer, and we will build the route from scratch. We can also adapt an existing tour: add a stop, move the overnight to a different town, or slow the pace down when travelling with children or older guests.

Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name board, timed to the flight's actual landing - if the flight is delayed, you pay nothing extra for the wait. Night arrivals work the same way. On request you can be met with a SIM card with data, a child seat, or a stop at a currency exchange. The VIP package adds fast track and the lounge.

For tours and transfers we normally ask for no deposit - you settle on the day. Payment up front is needed when we book something in your name, such as a hotel, a ticket or an event venue, or when we pay a government fee on your behalf; in that case we write out the exact amount and what it is for beforehand. You can pay in cash, by card or by bank transfer.

Rescheduling or cancelling a tour or transfer is free with 24 hours' notice. If you cancel later than that, you may be charged only for costs already incurred - a booked hotel, say, or a ticket the supplier will not refund. A mountain tour called off because of the weather is always moved to another date free of charge.

Yes. We prepare and file residence permit applications - on work, study, investment or family reunification grounds - as well as visa extensions, citizenship and the legalisation of documents. From you we need a passport, the document establishing your grounds, and a criminal record certificate. Immigration rules change, so we check your particular case against the regulations in force before we take it on.

Yes, and for foreign nationals it is one of the simplest procedures in the region. We arrange registration at the House of Justice, an apostille on the certificate so it is recognised in your own country, an interpreter at the ceremony, and also the venue, decor, photography and the honeymoon. The core requirements are a valid passport and proof that there is no impediment to the marriage - we send you the exact list for your nationality.

An apostille is a stamp that gives a Georgian document - a birth, marriage or criminal record certificate, a diploma, a power of attorney - legal force in countries party to the Hague Convention. You need one whenever a Georgian document has to be produced abroad, or the other way round. We collect the document, obtain the apostille, translate it and have it notarised, without you having to be present, acting under a power of attorney.

An LLC is registered at the House of Justice and normally takes 1 working day. You need a passport, a legal address and articles of association - we prepare all three. After registration we open the bank account, apply for the tax status and put you in touch with an accountant for the monthly filings. You do not have to come in person: it can be done remotely under a power of attorney.

We answer at any hour if you have lost your passport or documents, need a lawyer or an interpreter at a police station, have to reach your embassy, end up in hospital, or need medical repatriation. We call the relevant service together with you, interpret, and send someone to you in person. This line works for people who have booked no tour with us.
